Shipping Information 

What shipping carrier do you use to send your packages? 

We send most of our packages through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS). 

Can I choose the shipping carrier for the shipment of my package? 

Yes, based on your selection we can ship your package with another shipping carrier. Before ordering please contact customer service to customize your shipment. 

Can I change my shipping address after I complete my purchase? 

Yes, but please notify us of any change immediately after checkout. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST ship on the same business day as ordered and we cannot stop orders once they have shipped. 

Domestic shipping or Express shipping prices vary; they can be viewed in the cart when finalizing your order. If you require further information, please contact customer service.  

International shipping: International Standard and International Expedited shipping fees can be viewed in the cart when finalizing your order. If you require further information, please contact customer service. 

What locations are included for Domestic shipments? 

Continental United States, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands apply under the Domestic shipping rates. 

Do you ship Worldwide? 

Yes. We ship to almost all locations worldwide. International items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We offer Standard and Expedited shipping services for international orders. Please refer to the ad listing for exact shipping prices or contact customer service for more information. 

How long does it take for Domestic Shipments to arrive? 

In order to provide fast shipping for our customers, all of our orders are shipped out the same day or next business day as ordered. During holidays, we offer increased shipping hours in order to guarantee your order will ship on time. Most of our shipments arrive before the estimated arrival date, but sometimes USPS can delay shipments for a few days.  

SHIPPING METHOD 

Domestic Priority Super-Fast Shipping: 2 - 3 business days (within USA).  
Domestic Express Shipping: 1 - 2 business days (within USA).

How long does it take for International Shipments to arrive? 

SHIPPING METHOD 

International Standard shipping: 15 - 35 days (estimated). 
International Priority shipping: 10 - 20 business days (estimated). 

Although all packages are shipped the next business day and most international packages arrive to their final destination in less than 15 business days, some international packages may take as long as 30 days to arrive depending on each particular country's postal system and customs.  

Slower delivery time has been reported by some of our international buyers in Russia, Spain, and Eastern European countries. If you need your package to arrive sooner than 30 days, please upgrade your shipping to Express Mail International.

Will I receive a Tracking number? 

Yes. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your order. 

I have not received my package yet, why? 

As soon as your package was shipped, we sent a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. 

Domestic: Please use the tracking number you received and go to the following address “USPS” 

International: The tracking number you received will only show updates in USA territory and in some international territories. If the tracking number stops showing updates, it means that your package is out of USA territory. If it has been more than 30 days, please contact customer service. 

If the tracking number says "Delivered" and I have not received it yet, what can I do? 

Sometimes the USPS system updates the tracking number as delivered before the package was actually delivered, so please wait 24 hours after you see this message. If your package has still not been delivered after 24 hours, please contact customer service. 

Do I have to pay taxes? 

Except for the states listed below, we do not collect sales tax due to a lack of nexus. This does not mean that the purchase is exempt from use tax in your state. You may have a requirement to remit use tax on this purchase. Use tax can be remitted by visiting your state's department of revenue website.

Does the Purchase Price I paid include import duties, taxes, and related charges for international orders? 

No. Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
